CruisesOnly Announces “Customer Choice Award” Winners For Fourth Quarter, 2008

Fourth-Quarter Honors Recognize Those Cruise Consultants Rated Most Highly By Company’s Clients

Orlando, FL, February 6, 2009 , CruisesOnly, America's Largest Cruise Agency and World Travel Holdings’ (WTH) premier cruise brand, has announced the winners of the company’s “Customer Choice Awards” for the fourth quarter of 2008.

The awards are given to those vacation consultants who receive the highest ratings from CruisesOnly customers via the company’s client surveys. Ratings are tabulated based on “satisfaction” scores. Consultant Danielle Smith took top honors, receiving nearly twice as many survey responses as any other consultant. Other “Customer Choice Award” winners include Harry Kroll, Lexi Garcia, and Janet Castro.

“There can be no greater honor than to be cited by our customers themselves, as it’s our customers that ultimately decide who is truly worthy of their business,” said Jamie Brummer, Operations Manager, CruisesOnly/WTH. “We’re very pleased to congratulate our award winners for the fourth quarter of 2008.”

All clients that book and travel with CruisesOnly and supply the company with an email address receive a “welcome home” survey shortly after returning from their trip. In the survey, clients are asked a series of questions about their overall experience. The survey also includes a number of questions specific to CruisesOnly’s vacation consultants, and customers are asked to rate their satisfaction with their consultants on a scale of one (“unsatisfactory” or “not at all likely”) to seven (“exceptional” or “highly likely”). Survey questions include “How would you rate your vacation consultant’s accuracy in describing your vacation?,” “How would you rate your vacation consultant’s service after booking?,” and “Did your consultant enhance your vacation experience with insightful recommendations?” Clients were also asked to indicate how likely they would be to contact the same consultant again when planning their next vacation.
